Dear Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ name. I am sorry for my sins. I believe that Jesus Christ is your son and that He came to seek and save that which was lost through His life, death, and resurrection. I ask you to come into my heart today. I surrender my life to you and I chose to follow you all the rest of my life. I am born again today, I am a child of God and I am forever loved by God.
